Dear Gluten Free Pizza Devotees
We feature the option of having your pizza with made with gluten free crust. We make the gluten free crust ourselves, in-house using a special non-wheat based flour. Our crusts are very tasty and crisp! They go great with our premium ingredients. Our Zygmont gluten free specialty pizza has goat and romano cheeses, spinach, roma tomatoes, and portobello mushrooms. It is named after Collette Zygmont, our favorite local alternative health specialist who pushed us towards gluten free.
We do our best to keep our crust away from all gluten by ensuring that the dough is separated as it is created, stored and then cooked. However, there is a significant amount of wheat flour in the vicinity in and around our kitchen from the regular pizza. We therefore cannot promise that the gluten free pizza we create will not come in some contact with some wheat flour. For people with an allergy to gluten, there is a risk of cross contamination, and it may be recommended by experts that you do not consume this product. We don’t recommend that you take risks.
